Terms of Service

UltraCurly.com provides an ingredient checker tool that analyzes hair care product ingredients for compatibility with the Curly Girl Method (CGM). The service includes:

• Text-based ingredient analysis (free tier: 3 checks/day)
• Photo-based ingredient scanning using OCR (paid plans only)
• Health warnings and build-up detection

Our ingredient analysis is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of ingredient classification. The Curly Girl Method is a community-driven approach with varying interpretations.

Health warnings are based on publicly available data (EU Cosmetic Regulation, CIR safety assessments) and should not replace professional medical advice. If you experience adverse reactions to any product, consult a healthcare professional.

Plans: Care (7 EUR/month), Glow (9 EUR/month), Ultra (12 EUR/month). All prices include applicable taxes.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds: If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at contact@ultracurly.com for a full refund.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice by email. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for automated/abusive access.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our ingredient analysis, including but not limited to allergic reactions, hair damage, or product purchases made based on our analysis.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
